3 days after being banding and starving
Today has been a very difficult one for me. I have been starving with in a hour of drinking my protein. I called my dietian and she said to drink the protein lower and eat an additional snack. I don't know how to eat any slower. I sip on 2 oz at a time and take 15 min breaks in between. Sometimes I don't know if I am really hungrey or my stomach gases. Oh what a hard day. Please let me know if this is normal.

Thank you all. I did eat more jello and popicisles and it really did help. I am going to keep this up for the remainder of the week and then continue on schedule to start pureed/soft foods. I think I was just having a bad day yesterday.
